Before you take the leap to list your home, it's crucial to have an accurate estimate of your home's value in today's market.

Our CMA Process

STEP 1

Walk-through

First, we'll set up a time to walk through your home.  It's important that we see the space, allowing us to identify any unique features that could increase or reduce your selling price.  

STEP 2

Research

At this point, we'll go back to our office and dive into research.  We'll look at similar properties and how they sold, taking into account unique features, your neighborhood, and more.

STEP 3

CMA Creation

Next, we build the CMA!
This comprehensive report will go through all the data, comparable properties, and market statistics relevant to selling your home. 

STEP 4

Presentation

When your CMA is ready, we'll meet with you.  You'll get that exciting NUMBER, a chance to ask us questions, and recommendations for taking your home to market.
